Doctor Who radio dramas starring Paul McGann as the 8th Doctor. They
will begin airing at new years. Sheridan Smith will play new
companion Lucie Miller. These stories will be set sometime after the
Big Finish 8th Doctor audios with Charley Pollard, some of which are
currently rerunning on BBC7.

Horror Of Glam Rock
Immortal Beloved
Phobos

NHK Satellite station BS2 brings Doctor Who to Japan starting this
Monday 25 September. The first four episodes will air Monday to
Thursday at 10PM. Starting 3 October, Doctor Who airs weekly at 10PM
Tuesday. It is expected that both Series 1 and 2 will air.
"The Sarah Jane Adventures" are coming to UK television screens in
2007. A one hour pilot will air early in 2007 with more episodes
going into production next year. Elisabeth Sladen will return as
Sarah Jane Smith in this spinoff series, with K9 making a cameo in
the pilot episode. Yasmine Paige will play Sarah's 13 year old
neighbour Maria. It is believed that the series will take place at a
point in time after the Doctor Who episode School Reunion.
"The Sarah Jane Adventures" is being made for CBBC, with episodes
expected to air on BBC One's CBBC programming block and on the CBBC
Channel (same frequency that BBC Three inhabits at night). It will
be aimed as a more children oriented fantasy thriller, with Doctor
Who as the "family" show and Torchwood as the "aimed at adults" show.
UKTV Australia http://www.uktv.com.au will begin airing Doctor Who series 1 on Sunday 1 October.
