In store this morning, the second heat of the Top Talent Competition. Four more acts compete for the title of Saturday Superstore's SuperStar of 1984. Don't forget it's your votes that will decide the winner.

In the music department there's a special appearance by the Thompson Twins. They'll be performing their latest single live in the store and you can ring Alannah, Joe and Tom on [number removed]. Did you know that 1984 is the Year of the Butterfly? Mark Carwardine from the World Wildlife Fund is in the store to explain how you can help with their research on the British butterfly. Keith is out and about with the delivery van and attempting to ride a home-made penny farthing bicycle.

How do dangerous toys sometimes manage to get into the shops? JOHN CRAVEN presents a special Customer Services film report.
