Davros has been kept in suspended animation aboard a prison space station but now the Daleks have come to collect him, aided by Lytton and his fake 'policemen'.

This feature-length episode was originally to be broadcast as two individual ones (and were shown overseas as 21m22s and 26m57s), but due to Olympic broadcast requirements they were instead compiled into a single longer episode and broadcast on the Wednesday instead of Harty and Medical Express.
